With solid levels of housing infrastructure, mobility and road connectivity, the MLA has strengths that favor access to the right to the city. However, weaknesses still prevail in aspects such as social infrastructure (public libraries, cultural facilities) and access to information technologies and internet connection (despite having a national average broadband connection of 22.5 Mbps). Thus, it is clear that the challenge lies in consolidating public policies aimed at addressing the deficit of access to information and infrastructure development in general.
