The main strength for this territory is the quality of life dimension, with solid and moderately solid results in health, education and public space. Likewise, the dimensions of infrastructure development and equity and social inclusion stand out, with a solid moderate rating that points to a level of prosperity in which it is necessary to consolidate the efforts of urban policies, plans and strategies that have brought the city to a moderately strong level.
* These indicators include: life expectancy at birth, mortality rate of children under 5 years of age, vaccination coverage, maternal mortality, literacy rate, average years of schooling (disaggregated between men and women), attendance of children under 6 years in early childhood development programs, net higher education rate.
