Open for all
Space and services must be open to all, welcome diversity and facilitate the exchange of information, the meeting between demand and supply, and respond to multiple needs.
Localized perspective
Being strategically located, the center will draw on the tangible and intangible assets of the territory where it operates, as well as its multiple cultural identities in order to influence processes of integration, social cohesion and coexistence.
Community governance and elements of self-management
The IntegrHa-bitat center can be established as a platform for community mobilization and dialogue with institutions in planning and decision-making processes in the territory, promoting participatory and transparent governance.
Promotion of culture, creativity and innovation
Promote creative initiatives, the mixed cultural heritage of the community and the neighborhood, through art and culture, as well as identity and memory, thus promoting interculturality and diversity as a value.
Provide services related to social protection and rights + support socioeconomic integration
The centers are dynamic and respond to existing demand, also having permanent elements such as assistance or guidance.
Driver and guide of participatory neighborhood transformation
Generate dialogues, actions and participation among all the actors in processes of co-creation and social construction applied to the habitat.
