On October 15, 2022, a workshop on urban vegetable plots for self-consumption and entrepreneurship was held, in order to promote the development of community capacities for the construction of said crops that in turn contribute to segure food security for the community. It is also sought that the plots generate surpluses that can be marketed and thus allow the community to obtain income. 40 people participated in this workshop, out of which 50% belong to the Venezuelan refugee and migrant community and 30% are part of vulnerable groups such as women, the LGTBIQ+ community and people with disabilities.
