On September 27, 2022, a training on neighborhood legalization and titling took place in Bucaramanga, in order to strengthen the process of training territorial actors, leaders, and board presidents in the legality route, in housing titling and in neighborhood and housing improvement processes. The objective of this session was to have better informed communities in these topics which can therefore replicate these messages in the community and work hand in hand with the city hall’s offices. 35 refugees, migrants and members of the host community participated in the training, 15 of whom were women and 20 men. Among the participants, the presence of boys, girls and teenagers as well as elderly persons stood out.
