The El Harino Municipal Pool was the chosen scenario to carry out the recycling day “Bottles of Love (eco-brick)”, which were prepared by students from two schools located in the TIU. A total of 51 women and 31 men participated and more than 800 bottles of love were collected, a total of 210 kg of plastic, which represents 547.1 kg of CO2. In the same way, community participants were trained on the potential of businesses born from the adequate collection of garbage and the use of recycled materials, thus providing a horizon for social and economic sustainability for the refugee, migrant and host community, based on the perspective of using the garbage.
