Training for socioeconomic inclusion in Barranquilla

Training activities were carried out in June 2022in order to strengthen the socio-economic inclusion in Barranquilla of the Venezuelan refugee and migrant population. With the support of the implementing partner Action Against Hunger, a reputable NGO, 84 people were beneficiaries of this series of activities that included a financial inclusion workshop, in which the community understood the importance of this concept for their enterprises; a business organization workshop in which there was a space for awareness among entrepreneurs about the importance of organizing their business in accounting terms, which in turn was linked to another workshop on accounting fundamentals; a sales workshop, in order to reflect and generate new strategies to improve sales  for each one of the entrepreneurs and, finally, a business plan workshop in which it was sought to give tools to entrepreneurs on planning and structuring of their businesses. This way, significant support was given to the community in favor of achieving a more inclusive and solidary Barranquilla.
