Seeking an exchange of experiences and lessons learned with the Fundación Espiritu de Amor, in order to initiate a training process for the management of community vegetable plots, in partnership with Barranquilla Verde, a guided tour of the Spirit of Love Foundation’s community vegetable plot was carried out. 10 environmental leaders and two district officers were part of the group of persons who visited the vegetable plot, whom will be trained in the management of the afore said farming model, which will provide opportunities to improve the quality of the meals taken by the community, reduce the risk of flooding, promote organic waste management, facilitate community integration and protect biodiversity and air quality.
